Agreement Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of GPI’s pharmaceutical pricing and market access intelligence platform, data services, consulting offerings, and related products. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Service Description

Platform Services

GPI provides cloud-based pharmaceutical intelligence platform featuring real-time pricing data, market access insights, competitive intelligence, regulatory updates, and analytical tools designed for pharmaceutical industry professionals.

Data Services

Comprehensive pharmaceutical pricing data, market access intelligence, regulatory information, competitive analysis, and therapeutic area insights across 100+ global markets delivered through platform access, API endpoints, and curated reports.

Consulting Services

Strategic advisory services including pricing strategy development, market access planning, competitive positioning analysis, regulatory pathway guidance, and commercial optimization support provided by pharmaceutical industry experts.

User Eligibility and Registration

Professional Use

Services are intended exclusively for pharmaceutical industry professionals, including employees of pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology firms, clinical research organizations, healthcare institutions, and related professional service providers.

Account Registration

Users must provide accurate, complete registration information and maintain updated contact details. Account credentials are confidential and users are responsible for all activities under their accounts.

Authorized Access

Access is granted to registered users and authorized personnel within subscribing organizations. Sharing credentials or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

Acceptable Use

Permitted Activities

  • Access pharmaceutical pricing and market access data for legitimate business purposes
  • Generate reports, analytics, and insights for internal strategic planning
  • Integrate platform data through authorized API endpoints
  • Share insights within your organization subject to subscription limits

Prohibited Activities

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense GPI data or insights to third parties
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise platform security
  • Use automated tools to extract large volumes of data beyond subscription limits
  • Share access credentials with unauthorized individuals or organizations

Intellectual Property

GPI Ownership

GPI retains ownership of all platform technology, databases, methodologies, analytical frameworks, and proprietary content. Users receive limited, non-exclusive access rights during their subscription period.

Data Sources

Platform data is compiled from multiple sources including public records, regulatory filings, industry publications, and proprietary research. Users acknowledge data compilation represents significant intellectual property investment.

User Content

Users retain ownership of their original content while granting GPI necessary rights to provide services. Feedback and suggestions may be used to improve platform functionality.

Data Accuracy and Limitations

Data Quality

GPI employs rigorous validation processes to ensure data accuracy but cannot guarantee completeness or absolute precision of all information. Users should exercise professional judgment in applying insights to business decisions.

Market Dynamics

Pharmaceutical markets change rapidly. While GPI provides real-time updates, users acknowledge inherent delays in data collection and processing may occur.

Professional Judgment

Platform insights are informational tools supporting decision-making. Users remain responsible for strategic decisions and should consult additional sources and professional advisors as appropriate.

Subscription and Payment Terms

Service Levels

Multiple subscription tiers available with varying access levels, data coverage, feature sets, and usage limits. Specific terms outlined in individual subscription agreements.

Payment Obligations

Subscription fees are due according to agreed payment schedules. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable except as specifically provided in subscription agreements.

Service Changes

GPI may modify service features, coverage, or pricing with reasonable notice. Significant changes will be communicated in advance with options for subscription adjustment.

Confidentiality

Mutual Obligations

Both parties acknowledge access to confidential information and agree to maintain appropriate confidentiality protections. GPI pharmaceutical data and user business information require confidential treatment.

Non-Disclosure

Users agree not to disclose GPI methodologies, data compilation techniques, or proprietary analytical approaches to competitors or unauthorized parties.

Limitation of Liability

Service Provision

GPI provides services “as is” without warranties regarding uninterrupted access, data completeness, or fitness for specific purposes. Users assume responsibility for business decisions based on platform insights.

Damages

GPI’s liability is limited to subscription fees paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits, business interruption, or opportunity costs.

Professional Services

Consulting services represent professional opinions based on available data and industry expertise. Implementation responsibility and business results remain with the client.

Termination

User Termination

Users may terminate subscriptions according to agreement terms. Access continues through the current billing period with no refunds for unused time.

GPI Termination

GPI may terminate services for breach of terms, non-payment, or business reasons with appropriate notice. Critical violations may result in immediate suspension.

Post-Termination

Upon termination, users must cease accessing platform data and return or delete any downloaded information according to agreement terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or courts in London, England, as specified in individual subscription agreements.

Updates and Modifications

GPI may update these terms with notice to users. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modifications. Significant changes will be highlighted and communicated in advance.
